NORTHERN EXPOSURE
TRUCKING INC. was established in 1992. Our main focus was to haul farm
commodities from North Dakota to Indiana, Georgia and Texas. Then to
return as quickly as possible for another load. This meant that our
trucks were gone for no more than 4 to 5 days at a time.
In 2003 NORTHERN
EXPOSURE TRUCKING INC. was dissolved, as this sole proprietorship became
a partnership, and at this time was renamed.
GENESIS TRUCKING
INC. was born, to reflect the change in ownership status.
Although the ownership
changed, the company philosophy has not. We operate a
fleet of 20-25 trucks of professional drivers that are committed to a common
set of goals.
-
To be paid quickly,
honestly and fairly for the work performed.
-
To get home to do the
things you want to do.
-
To have some input on
what your truck does.
If this sounds like
something you have heard or read hundreds of times before, YOUR RIGHT.
Everyone in the
transportation industry has made this claim. Some have even done it
for a while - until the companies started making money.
What sets GENESIS
TRUCKING INC. apart from the rest of the trucking companies:
-
We don't have all the
overhead that all the other trucking companies have to deal with.
-
Our fleet is all owner
operators.
-
The staff at
Genesis Trucking Inc. have numerous years of experience in all facets of the
transportation industry.
At GENESIS
TRUCKING INC. we believe that schooling is important, but
EXPERIENCE is a must if you are going to operate a business in a
fast paced and ever changing environment like the transportation industry.
What we are really
saying is that every customer we send you to, we have been there and talked
to, and toured the facility. BUT it wasn't done in a car. It
was done the same way our owner operators get to see it - IN A TRUCK.
If your going to sell a
service,
you should have some EXPERIENCE with it!
Unhappy where you're at?
Ask yourself why.
-
Having to fight with
your company to get your paycheck?
-
Being nickel and dimed
to death on hidden deductions?
-
Feel like your
dispatcher just doesn't understand what your trying to tell him? If
only your dispatcher had been there and ACTUALLY done that.
They would know what you are trying to tell him.
-
When you have
questions or problems you can't find anyone in your company to give you
answers or help?
-
Company bonuses that
are impossible to get?
-
Company policies that
contradict how they actually operate - Log legal or get a letter in your
file or reprimanded for doing your dispatcher/company a (Big Favor) by
getting the load there on time.
-
Got $2500 per week
in bills and an $1800 per week dispatcher (We just don't have enough freight
to get everyone out right now, call me back tomorrow).
If any of this sounds
like what you're going through now, drop us a line via E-Mail, Snail Mail or
just pick up the phone and give us a call.
We may not be the
company for everyone - but you don't know if we are your company until you
contact us. Have a cup of coffee and see what we are all about.
